Ivana Andrés, Olga Carmona, Misa Rodríguez, Teresa Abelleira, Athenea del Castillo, Claudia Zornoza, Rocío Gálvez, and Oihane Hernández, eight members of Real Madrid, achieved World Cup glory on August 20th, during the tournament held in Australia and New Zealand. These players graced the pitch before the match, proudly displaying the World Cup trophy to the fans in attendance.
