Donald Trump launched a scathing attack on what he labeled a “corrupt system” in response to developments in his pending Georgia trial.

The former president utilized Truth Social shortly after a judge decided to broadcast his trial on TV and YouTube.

Trump, one of 19 individuals accused of unlawfully attempting to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia, entered a not guilty plea and requested his case be separated from some co-defendants.

Following Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee’s announcement of live streaming major proceedings, including this case, Trump took to his social media platform to declare, “I am being unjustly persecuted by a highly biased and corrupt system, led by an opponent who is losing in the polls and concurrently, causing harm to our once-great nation!”

Trump, along with 18 others, faces a 41-count indictment filed earlier this month, detailing an alleged plot to undermine the will of Georgia voters who had selected Democrat Joe Biden over the incumbent Republican in the presidential election.
